Can I buy this today?
Not yet. Neither product is on sale. You can add your email on the product page and we will tell you when it goes live. Nothing is charged and no order is placed.
What does delivery cost?
Shipping is free across India, with no minimum order value. We ship within India only and do not take international orders.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery is usually 2–4 business days to metro areas, 4–7 business days elsewhere, and 7–10 business days to remote, North-East and island addresses. These are courier estimates, not guarantees.
Can I return it?
We do not accept returns for a change of mind, an incorrect selection, or any product whose seal has been opened. If it reaches you damaged, wrong or defective, email support@respan.in within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full. Return shipping is on us.
Is the cleanser fragranced?
No. It is fragrance-free, essential-oil-free and sulfate-free. The full ingredient list is printed on the product page.
Is this suitable for everyone?
No product suits every skin. The cleanser is formulated for all skin types, but it is a cosmetic, not a treatment for any condition. If you have a diagnosed skin condition, are under a dermatologist's care, or react easily to new products, patch test first and speak to your clinician. Stop using it if irritation occurs.
